I have set this web site up with the aim of it becoming one the best snooker coaching resources on the World Wide Web. With the aid of foul4.com we aim to offer you all my coaching experience and knowledge in one easy to navigate site. Although there is a fee to join the academy online and receive all my latest manuals and workbooks, you can still download and view many of my old booklets and other materials here.

Ali wins Arab Under-21 Championships

Qatar's rising star, Ali Al Obaidly, won the Arab U-21 Championship 2008  Gold medal. The 16 years old gave his country its first gold medal ever in Arab Championship. This came alongside the team's first ever Silver Medal in the championship. Ali started off with wins against Lebanon, Libya and Jordan in the round-robin as he qualified first in his group.  View More

 

Hogan finishes his training camp

Tom Hogan The Republic of Ireland under 14 National Champion and Irish number 1 finished off his training camp in style when he beat fellow academy of champions member Declan Brennan 3 frames to 2 in an exciting challenge match. View.

 

Brennan finishes coaching camp with victory

Declan Brennan finished off his training camp in Carlow with a big thank you to his new coach when he won the Ivy Rooms Under 19 Open. In the final he beat fellow member of the academy of champions star David Cassidy from Cork 3-1 in a superb final. The 15 year old snooker star from Newry in Northern Ireland made a string of breaks through out the day and had breaks of 87 and 110 clearance in the final. Declan Brennan to attend the Academy

15 year old Northern Ireland snooker star Declan Brennan from Newry who is regarded as one of the best junior snooker players in the world has been in Carlow for the past few days attending PJ Nolan's Academy and has been working hard in his game during that time.  View More..

Academy member Muldoon wins Irish Championships 

25.05.2008

Vincent Muldoon captured his second Irish Championships in Carlow on Sunday to finish No.1 in the Irish Rankings for the season. The 17 year old will now receive the main tour nomination from RIBSA and hopefully be plying his trade on the main tour next season. Vincent beat Dublin's Garry Hardiman 8-2 in the final, the same score line he won the championships last season. View more on Foul4.com..

Academy member Cassidy wins Leinster 15's Championships

Another junior member from the academy was victorious lately when David Cassidy from the Crucible Snooker Club Cork played superb to win the Leinster Under 15 Open snooker championship in the Kilkenny Snooker club beating Junior Pot Black winner Jason Devaney 3-2 in the final. 

Devaney wins Junior Pot Black

Ireland's Jason Devaney, a member of our own PJ Nolan's Academy of Champions captured the Junior Pot Black title at the crucible today beating Dwyane Jones in the one frame shootout. The 15 year old Irish Under-16 Champion came out on top after a 50 minute frame against Jones who he had already beaten to take the Pontins 15's Open title back in February.
